Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance Assistant to support financial management, expense reporting, banking procedures, and general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in financial and administrative management. 2. Preparation of expense reports and control of transactions. 3. Banking procedures and support in collections and payments. We are a Mexican company specializing in water treatment, focused on meeting our customers’ needs through comprehensive, high-quality solutions. We have extensive experience in reverse osmosis systems and wastewater treatment. We are looking for: FINANCE ASSISTANT Position located in Cancún Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree (in Administration, Accounting, Finance, etc.). Valid driver’s license (standard vehicles). Intermediate Excel skills. Strong organizational abilities. Integrity. Responsibilities: Review and update gasoline and toll expense tracking. Distribute bus tickets to operational staff. Prepare expense reports. Populate payroll data into cost center reports. Record market payment card transactions. Prepare quotations and purchase flights and accommodations. Process travel allowance reimbursements. Perform errands. Issue and/or download invoices. Submit warehouse requisitions. Distribute stationery to various departments. Handle banking procedures. Assist with check collections, sending payment receipts, etc. Support Accounts Payable (CxP). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Fixed Sundays off.
