At least 6 months of experience as Technical Support. Job Responsibilities: Planning on-site technical support visits. Operating system updates, installations, and replacements at retail locations. Equipment updates and installations at retail locations. Peripheral installation and support. Diagnosis and resolution of internet link failures, including reporting to providers. CCTV installation and support. Installation and support of telecommunications equipment (routers, switches, access points). Preventive maintenance of installed devices. Recording all activities in the mobile app. Required Knowledge: Basic networking knowledge. Hardware repair. Daily software and hardware support for end users. At the server level: maintaining server hardware and software, including maintenance and monitoring of their integration with the network (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), as well as proper configuration of network services provided by servers.
