Support and Maintenance of Internal Systems * Monitor the proper functioning of internal platforms. * Resolve technical incidents reported by internal users. * Diagnose errors in web applications, integrations, or databases. * Track internal tickets related to systems. 2. Development and Enhancement of Web Platforms * Support the development and maintenance of internal tools built using web technologies. * Perform modifications to frontend and backend of existing systems. * Fix technical bugs and enhance functionalities. * Document changes made to systems. 3. Basic Database Management * Execute queries and reviews on databases. * Verify data integrity and functionality used by systems. * Support basic maintenance of databases associated with internal platforms. 4. Tool Integration and Automation * Support integrations between platforms used by the company. * Work with APIs from various tools when required. * Participate in automations using tools such as CRM, marketing platforms, process automation, or integration platforms. * Propose improvements to reduce manual effort in internal processes. 5. Technical Coordination with External Vendors * Follow up with external vendors or developers when specialized support is required. * Coordinate implementation of technical enhancements or fixes. * Ensure implemented solutions function correctly within the company’s technological ecosystem. Day-to-Day Functions In their daily work, this person may: * Check whether internal systems are operating correctly. * Address technical requests from different business areas. * Make adjustments to web pages or internal tools. * Analyze database queries or errors. * Review platform integrations. * Implement small-scale automations. * Follow up with external technology vendors. * Research technical solutions to improve processes.
