




Position Summary: Participate in the efficient development of recruitment, selection, evaluation, and hiring processes for personnel, as well as the administration of departmental information. Ensuring compliance in employee onboarding and offboarding processes Collaborate with the Human Capital Management team to efficiently develop recruitment, selection, evaluation, and hiring processes for personnel required across various positions, as well as ensure accurate and timely administration of information generated by the department. **Functions** * Register, supervise, and report staff training and development activities across various media, platforms, and frameworks established by the Corporate. * Administration and recording of time clock attendance incidents. * Address each item on the established checklist to ensure proper handling, integration, and updating of personnel files. * Purge closed and/or inactive personnel file archives. * Guide the onboarding process for new personnel assigned to the designated training area. * Process personnel contract renewals. **Responsibilities** * Ensure all training and development processes are carried out by personnel on time and as required. * Ensure all personnel incidents are recorded for appropriate recognition or disciplinary action within established timeframes. * Guarantee that all documents and requirements mandated for personnel onboarding are fulfilled and included in their personnel files. * Ensure personnel possess identification badges and employee numbers, payroll cards, and system access credentials. * Promote timely provision of uniforms and corporate branding materials to personnel to perform their duties effectively. * Ensure cancellation of emails, user accounts, and passwords held by employees upon termination of employment, along with any other means granting access to facilities or systems. * Guarantee completeness and up-to-dateness of all personnel files in the archives. * Ensure successful integration of personnel into their assigned departments.
