Compliance with legal requirements regarding training and instruction A reputable company with presence in CDMX and the Metropolitan Area is seeking: TRAINING ANALYST REQUIREMENTS Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology Experience: 1–2 years as a Training Analyst Work Location: Coyoacán Borough, CDMX Knowledge of the entire training process, instructor experience, solid understanding of NOM-035-STPS, course and teaching material development RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out the Corporate Training Needs Diagnosis (DNC) Develop the annual Training Plan and Program based on the DNC Conduct the trainings scheduled in the annual Training Plan Develop courses and teaching materials Prepare the descriptive course outline and session plan for each course Deliver the induction course for new employees Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding training and instruction Coordinate and manage supplies, equipment, and facilities required for each training session Handle NOM-035 Support employee integration and motivation programs Operate the MOODLE platform Desirable: Instructional design knowledge WE OFFER: Salary: $15,000–$18,000 monthly/gross Statutory benefits Timely payments Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm; Saturday, 9 am–2 pm Position Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00–$18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
