Responsibilities: Take over the shift by reviewing the assigned area, carry out identity checks at the access points or inside designated properties, without in any case retaining personal documentation, prevent criminal acts or violations related to the protected property, control the access of individuals or entry of vehicles, equipment and others into the facilities, request access permits for visitors to the area they will visit, conduct patrols throughout the facilities, turn lights on and off inside the facilities when required, verify that doors are closed at the end of the workday, remove street chains to facilitate the entry of company trucks, receive company units with their respective documentation (tractors, trailers and pilots), perform physical inspection of tractors and trailers (condition of tires, lights, mileage, diesel, accessories and ensuring no hidden prohibited goods are present), take photo evidence of the diesel gauge, complete the exchange form with all information resulting from the physical inspection, conduct physical inspection of pilot units (license plates, spare tire, turret or basket, ladder, jack, fire extinguisher, cones or traffic drums, fuel level, mileage).
