Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this position is to supervise and manage the activities carried out by the store team, ensuring proper implementation of protocols and customer service standards. Supervise the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that generate higher profitability and expense control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure service quality standards by monitoring the flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct store operational checklists. \- Execute actions to ensure inventory accuracy, proper product facing and shelving, as well as store order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate direct reports using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education.
