Job Responsibilities: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER Job Requirements: Minimum Education: Engineering degree. Experience: Minimum of 6 months performing the duties described. Knowledge: Live near Pachuca CCTV configuration, knowledge of remote connections (VPN) Switch configuration Configuration of wireless links (not internet modems, but point-to-point links over 3 km using dedicated link equipment) IP camera configuration Work at heights Ticketing system handling and control Driver's license Working Conditions: Location: Pachuca Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Contract: Indefinite-term Gross monthly salary: $18,000 MXN Estimated start date: Immediate What do we offer?
