We are currently seeking new talent for the following position: **LATHE OPERATOR** **Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma: Must possess a certificate of completion. * Proficiency in measuring instruments (micrometer, vernier caliper, dial comparators). * Interpretation of mechanical drawings: Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and capable of collaborating with designers. * Ability to independently resolve technical problems. * Experience: Minimum of 1–2 verifiable years. **Responsibilities:** * Operation of conventional and CNC lathes. * Interpretation of technical drawings, application of geometric and dimensional tolerances, and understanding of surface finish symbols. * Calculation of cutting speeds, feed rates, and selection of cutting tools based on material type. * Machining of parts that have experienced wear or damage during operation, according to mechanical drawings. * Preventive maintenance of assigned machinery. **We offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $12,000 MXN. * 10% food vouchers ($1,200 MXN per month). * Statutory benefits from day one. * Permanent position. * 3% savings fund.
