Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to optimize operational systems, supervise activity execution, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize the organization's operational systems and processes to ensure they are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with strategic objectives. 2\. Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of all operations-related activities, ensuring proper allocation of human, material, and financial resources. 3\. Review and approve project budgets and forecasts, evaluating financial, operational, and overtime feasibility, ensuring efficient resource utilization. 4\. Supervise operational billing for projects and services, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time, in coordination with the administrative department. 5\. Ensure availability and proper management of required supplies, materials, and equipment, verifying timely delivery to avoid disruption of operational continuity. 6\. Monitor and evaluate production and service delivery processes, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality execution. 7\. Design and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting scope, timelines, costs, and quality requirements defined for each project. 8\. Manage operational services and responsibilities, coordinating with various involved departments to guarantee fulfillment of commitments made to customers. 9\. Motivate, lead, and supervise the operations team, ensuring members understand their responsibilities, achieve objectives, and maintain high performance standards. 10\. Analyze operational data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and resource optimization. 11\. Ensure optimal functioning of facilities and equipment, complying with safety standards, regulations, and applicable statutory requirements. 12\. Implement new technologies, tools, or methodologies to enhance efficiency, traceability, and internal communication. Requirements: * Gender: Unrestricted * 5 to 10 years of experience in the industry * Knowledge: Production processes, intermediate-to-advanced Excel, personnel management, project management, budgeting * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field * Age: 35–55 years * Availability to work the following schedule: **Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $27,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Relocation/Moving Ability: * 43998, El Pedregal, Hgo.: Able to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Desirable) Experience: * Quality control: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
