**CELMI GROUP** is a leading corporate entity in **IT, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, AND TECHNOLOGY**, having become the largest distributor in the country, recognized by **TELCEL**; achieving leadership for 20 years in the markets of **MEXICO CITY, HIDALGO, MEXICO STATE, AND MORELOS.** Proudly and thanks to the efforts of our team, we operate 2 corporate offices, 7 branches, 4 distribution centers, \+700 sub-distributors, and have presence in renowned retail chains such as Palacio de Hierro. **CELMI GROUP** is growing and we are currently seeking a **MONITORING MANAGER** to work at our corporate office in **PACHUCA DE SOTO, HIDALGO.** **R E Q U I R E M E N T S:** * Technical or professional degree in Security, Criminology, Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in similar positions, especially within retail, logistics, manufacturing, or private security companies. * Video surveillance and monitoring systems. * Loss prevention and internal control procedures. * Data protection and privacy regulations. * Proficiency in reporting software and CCTV platforms. **F U N C T I O N S:** **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitoring Center Supervision: * Coordinate CCTV monitoring personnel operations. * Ensure proper operation of cameras, recorders, and surveillance software. * Review incident reports and coordinate immediate responses. * Loss Prevention: * Design and implement strategies to prevent internal and external theft, shrinkage, and fraud. * Collaborate with operational departments to implement physical security controls and processes. * Conduct internal investigations upon detection of irregularities. * Personnel Management: * Lead and train the monitoring and loss prevention team. * Assign shifts and operational tasks. * Evaluate the performance of personnel under supervision. * Technology and Equipment Management: * Verify maintenance and functionality of surveillance equipment. * Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades or repairs. * Reporting and Analysis: * Generate periodic reports on incidents, identified risks, and proposed improvements. * Analyze loss data to detect patterns and support corrective decision-making. **W E O F F E R:** * **Competitive monthly gross salary of $18,000\.00 to $20,000\.00**, * **Comprehensive benefits:** IMSS coverage, Infonavit, vacation days, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and vacation premium, ensuring your personal security and well-being. * **Work schedule:** Rotating shifts (3 shifts): 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. ***PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU MEET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS.*** Job type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have as a TRAINING MANAGER?
