Job Summary: This role involves monitoring network infrastructure, managing IT incidents, and maintaining electronic asset inventories to ensure smooth technological operations. Key Highlights: 1. Network and internet infrastructure monitoring 2. Incident handling and registration in JIRA 3. Maintenance of electronic asset inventories Main Responsibilities: * Conduct weekly reviews of multifunctional device counters. Monitor network and internet infrastructure to ensure continuous operation with contracted speed measurements. Also review Customs equipment ("CCTV and Inventories"). * Handle and register daily incidents and requests related to computing equipment or general technological infrastructure in the JIRA system, providing timely solutions and excellent service to internal users, external users, or customers. * Keep electronic asset inventory databases related to IT consistently updated, and generate equipment assignment acknowledgments (physical and digital).
