Job Summary: This role involves monitoring network infrastructure, managing IT incidents, and maintaining electronic asset inventories to ensure smooth technological operations. Key Highlights: 1. Network and internet infrastructure monitoring 2. Incident and request handling and logging in JIRA 3. Maintenance of electronic asset inventory databases Main Responsibilities: * Conduct weekly inspections of multifunctional device counters. Monitor network and internet infrastructure to ensure continuous operation with contracted speed measurements. Also inspect customs equipment including "CCTV and Inventories". * Daily handling and logging of incidents and requests related to computing equipment or general technological infrastructure in the JIRA system, providing timely solutions and excellent service to internal users, external users, or customers. * Maintain up-to-date and continuously refreshed electronic asset inventory databases related to IT, as well as generate equipment assignment acknowledgments (physical and digital).
