Job Summary: We are looking for a developer to join our team and support maintenance, technical support, and development—scaling projects without compromising technical quality. Key Highlights: 1. Some projects have been in production for a while and continue growing; others are expanding into new cities; and we constantly build new features and products. We seek a developer to join the team and support maintenance, technical support, and development—helping us scale projects without sacrificing technical quality. What You’ll Do: • Maintain and evolve production applications • Develop new backend, frontend, and mobile features • Fix bugs and improve existing code • Support technical assistance and day-to-day tasks • Collaborate on technical solution design and priority setting Primary Tech Stack • Backend: Laravel • Frontend: React • Mobile: React Native + Expo This stack forms the core of daily work. Requirements • ~2 years of experience with Laravel • ~2 years of experience with React • Proven experience with React Native + Expo (mandatory) • Ability to work with existing codebases and production projects • Autonomy, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn Nice-to-Have • Experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) • Experience working on growing products or within small teams • Basic knowledge of deployment or production environments Work Modality • Semi-remote • Occasional in-person meetings in the city • Mostly remote work • Technical meetings 2–3 times per week for follow-up and planning Important: We are seeking someone who resides in the city (this is not a fully remote position).
