**Station Manager** **Location: Mexico Pachuca Highway 557, Col. Emiliano Zapata, Tizayuca Hidalgo, 43800\.** **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM \- 1 day off during the week. **Position Description:** At **Operadora ACE Hidrocarburos**, we are looking to fill our vacancy for a **Station Manager**, a committed, responsible individual with an operational mindset to support administrative, accounting, and personnel management at our fuel stations, ensuring efficiency in all administrative and operational processes. **Job Objective:** Carry out administrative, accounting, and personnel control for the service station (SS), and prepare information and documentation required to fulfill accounting and tax procedures. **Requirements:** * **Minimum Education:** Completed high school, Associate degree, or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * **Minimum Experience:** 1 to 2 years in operational administration at service stations. * **Desired Knowledge:** * Inventory control and personnel management. * Intermediate Excel skills, email, Office suite. * **Desirable:** * Knowledge of volumetric systems operation, Contpaqi, reporting, and billing. * Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (NOMs, ASEA, STPS). **Responsibilities:** * Assist the manager in receiving cashier reports. * Provide support in the administrative and operational control of the SS. * Manage inventory of fuel and complementary products. * Support supplier follow-up, orders, and invoicing. * Report operational, administrative, or safety incidents. * Assist in managing the volumetric system. * Collect, organize, and classify supporting documentation from purchase and sale transactions carried out by the SS, attaching it to the corresponding accounting entries. * Generate and verify transmission of volumetric control files according to applicable regulations. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, Christmas bonus, etc.) * Timely payments and job stability * Opportunities for growth within the company * Positive work environment and close leadership Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
