Job Summary:
Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with standards, supervision of technical personnel, and identification of risks.

* Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Verify proper operation of fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems.
* Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations (NFPA and local codes).
* Coordinate and follow up on inspections, tests, and certifications.
* Prepare and validate technical reports and maintenance logs.
* Supervise technical personnel and ensure use of PPE.
* Identify failures, risks, and propose corrective actions.
* Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as required.
**Requirements**
* Technical or engineering degree in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related field.
* Minimum of **2–3 years** of maintenance experience.
* Experience supervising technical personnel.
* Ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings and diagrams.
* Proficiency in preparing reports, logs, and technical documentation.
* Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Availability for emergency response and scheduled work.
* Leadership, organization, and focus on safety.
