We are a logistics company specialized in last-mile delivery of messages and packages, we are looking for Logistics Operations Supervisor (Dispatcher) Location: Ojo de Agua (Between San Pedro Atzompa and Los Héroes Tecamac) Schedule: Rotating shifts from 6:00 to 15:00 hrs or 14:00 to 22:00 hrs. One day off. Requirements * Technical degree or preferably Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics and operational route monitoring in a distribution center. * Skills in communication and team follow-up * Proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities * Monitor package delivery compliance * Coordinate and manage fleet movements * Monitor field staff, vehicles, and routes * Ensure shipments comply with established procedures * Provide support for orders with data inconsistencies accompanying products to maintain operational flow and meet deadlines * Update reports and logs * Track lost and/or stolen packages * Record payroll incidents for operational staff * Supervise personnel We Offer * Salary $16,000 gross + performance bonuses / route compliance * Statutory benefits from the first day * Additional benefits Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site
