Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT professional to ensure the smooth operation of the company's technological infrastructure, providing comprehensive support and building the IT department from the ground up. An autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented role focused on results. **Job Objective:** Ensure the proper functioning of the company's technological infrastructure by providing comprehensive support to users, equipment, networks, and systems, as well as structuring and organizing the IT department from scratch. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective technical support for computer equipment. * Installation and configuration of hardware and software. * Network administration and maintenance (routers, switches, cabling). * Support for sales systems / point-of-sale systems. * Management and maintenance of security cameras and other technological devices. * Equipment and license inventory control. * Data backup administration. * Access management and basic cybersecurity. * Documentation of processes and proposals for technological improvement. * Coordination with technology vendors. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience providing comprehensive IT support. * Experience serving as the sole or primary responsible person for the IT department (preferred). * Knowledge of networking, basic servers, backups, and security. * Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented profile. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Key Competencies:** * Proactivity * Organization * Results orientation * Strategic thinking * User focus **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity to structure and lead the IT department. * Professional growth.
