Job Objective Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products to build long-term relationships (No prior experience required—we provide training). Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for interacting with customers. Preferably experience in customer service/sales/cash handling... Goal- and objective-oriented. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. Honesty in performing job duties. Value Proposition Fixed weekly salary of $2,200 \+ compensation scheme. Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing according to seniority. Uniforms. Paid training. Working Conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday off. Weekly rotating schedule. One weekend day off per month.
