Juárez, Chihuahua **Work Mode:** On-site **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description** We are looking for a Designer to join our engineering and design team. The candidate will be responsible for the technical and structural development of metal projects for industrial and construction applications, ensuring designs meet technical, functional, and manufacturing requirements. **Responsibilities** * Design and development of metal structures for industrial and construction projects. * 3D modeling and creation of structural assemblies in SolidWorks. * Generation of structural drawings, part lists, cutting plans, and construction details for manufacturing and assembly. * Coordination with production and field teams to ensure proper execution of designs. * Review of interferences, tolerances, and constructability. * Support in material quantification and preparation of cutting lists. * Technical follow-up on purchase orders and requisitions related to structural projects. * Handling and follow-up on adjustments requested by clients or site supervision. * Validation, assembly testing, and final structure verification. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Experience in metal structure design and construction projects. * Proficiency in SolidWorks (structures, assemblies, and drawings). * Knowledge of structural profiles (PTR, IPR, channels, angles, sheet metal, etc.). * Ability to interpret structural and construction drawings. * Basic knowledge of metal fabrication and assembly processes. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with technical and operational departments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial buildings, platforms, mezzanines, racks, pergolas, or special structures. * Familiarity with complementary software (SketchUp). **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Job stability. * Participation in construction and infrastructure projects. * Professional growth opportunities. **SEND YOUR CV TO mperez@grupopma.com.mx** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,734\.13 \- $22,400\.22 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Flexible working hours * Company-provided mobile phone Workplace: On-site employment
