DE C.V. is seeking a Training Instructor in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- TRAINING INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or Psychology Experience: 1–2 years in the training field Work location: Cuauhtémoc Borough, CDMX (Centro Médico Metro Station) Knowledge of the entire training process, instructor skills, solid understanding of NOM\-035\-STPS, course and instructional material development RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out the entire Corporate Needs Diagnosis (DNC) process Develop the annual Training Plan and Program based on the DNC Conduct scheduled trainings outlined in the annual Training Plan Develop courses and instructional materials Prepare course descriptive letters and session plans for each course Deliver the onboarding induction course for new employees Ensure legal compliance in training and instruction matters Coordinate and manage supplies, equipment, and facilities required for each training session Apply NOM-035 Support staff integration and motivation programs Operate the MOODLE platform WE OFFER: Salary: $15,000–$18,000 monthly/gross Statutory benefits Timely payments Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Customer service **Industry:** Automotive *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6997307e72000033008f3abf\&source\=indeed*
