




Job Summary: Service Advisor to manage the entire customer service process, from diagnosis and quotation to delivery and payment, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnose customer needs and quote repairs 2. Coordinate work and manage Service Orders 3. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints **Service Advisor** Minimum education: High school diploma, with technical training in mechanics. Mechanical, automotive, or industrial engineering. Administration. Knowledge of BMW motorcycles is desirable. 2 years of experience Minimum age: 30 years CRM or software designated by the organization for this purpose Greet customers, diagnose needs, quote repairs, coordinate work, manage Service Orders, ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints until effective resolution, monitor order progress, notify customers of changes, deliver the product/vehicle, and collect payment. Work Location: CDMX Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 08:30–14:00 hrs Payment: 10% vouchers $1,000 punctuality bonus Commissions Salary: $9,600.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
