Position: Quality Engineering Analyst Location: CDMX Work Mode: Hybrid — 3 days in office / 2 days remote, or office presence as required by project operations Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation Structure: 100% payroll \| Bi-weekly payment Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Compensation: up to $45,000 MXN gross monthly What profile are we looking for? Professionals holding a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in test automation and a clear focus on quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement. Key Experience: ✔ Development of automation scripts using Selenium, Java, or another programming language ✔ UI and API test automation ✔ Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Agile ceremonies ✔ Design, development, maintenance, and execution of automated tests in CI/CD environments ✔ Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar ✔ Defect analysis, validation of fixes, and estimation of automation effort ✔ Intermediate to advanced English B2 \- C1 (English interview will be conducted and English used throughout the entire process) Additional Assets: Experience with AI-driven automation and tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or automation agents. Main Responsibilities: You will be responsible for executing and strengthening various stages of the software testing lifecycle, collaborating with key stakeholders, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and actively contributing to implementations, transitions, and warranty periods.
