A reputable machining and precision parts manufacturing company is seeking: ***CNC Lathe Operator specialized in GSK Control with experience in precision parts*** **(round)*****.*** **Location: Col. Valle Ceylán, Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico.** **OBJECTIVE:** We seek a responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-focused individual who enjoys technical challenges and continuous improvement in machining processes. **Essential Requirements:** **Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Operator (programmer/operator).** **Proficiency in FANUC G-Code, GSK Control, or similar systems** Solid knowledge of geometric and dimensional tolerances. Advanced interpretation of mechanical drawings. Ability to program using CAM software (preferably Mastercam). **Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D model review.** Proven experience in precision part production. **Must reside within a 50-minute commute from Tlalnepantla (mandatory).** **Responsibilities:** Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes equipped with GSK control. Generate and optimize machining programs in Mastercam or similar software. Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, comparators, etc.). Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish quality of parts. Adjust cutting parameters, tools, and speeds according to material specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Support continuous process improvement and reduction of downtime. **Skills:** Attention to detail and quality orientation. Responsibility and commitment to delivery timelines. Ability to work under strict specifications and tight tolerances.
