




We are looking for a person with computer science knowledge to provide technical support, ensure the operation of equipment and systems, and assist in activities related to SAP. Ideal for profiles beginning their professional IT career. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to internal users (hardware and software). * Configure computers, printers, and peripherals. * Install and update software (Office, antivirus, internal systems). * Track incidents and document solutions. * Manage user accounts (access, passwords, permissions). * Keep the technology equipment inventory updated. * Basic preventive and corrective maintenance. * Network support (WiFi, cabling, routers, switches). * **First-level SAP support**: * Address user operational queries. * Route functional or technical incidents to the external consultant. * Perform basic validation of roles, access, and authorizations in SAP. * Track tickets and case closures. * Support technological improvement projects within the department. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Administrative Computer Science, Computer Technician diploma, or related field. (We accept incomplete degrees or recent graduates) * Basic/intermediate knowledge of: * Windows operating systems. * Networks and connectivity. * Office suite. * Basic equipment repair. * Enterprise systems (ERP) management. * Excellent service attitude and enthusiasm for supporting users. **Desirable (not mandatory)** * Prior knowledge of **SAP** * Experience in technical support. * Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
