Results-oriented approach and problem-solving **WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL SYSTEMS PROJECT MANAGER!** We are seeking a **Special Systems Project Manager** with leadership, strategic vision, and a results-oriented focus to coordinate high-impact projects from planning through final delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Planning, execution, and closure of special systems projects. * Coordination of technical teams and contractors. * Monitoring of schedules, budgets, and scope. * Control of progress, risks, and project quality. * Constant communication with clients and stakeholders. * Preparation of executive reports. * Procurement, materials, and resource management. * Compliance with safety regulations and technical standards. **Requirements:** * Engineering degree or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a PM in special systems. * Knowledge of: CCTV, access control, alarms, structured cabling, fire detection, BMS, audio and video (as applicable). * Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD (desirable). * Leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented approach and problem-solving. * Availability for field and office work. * Only candidates currently residing in Puerto Vallarta or able to relocate (we do not provide housing, camp accommodations, or per diems).
