




Job Summary: We are seeking an assistant with customer service experience to coordinate and manage sales activities in an automotive company, including administrative support and customer follow-up. Comfortable and stable work environment **An AUTOMOTIVE company is looking for you!** **Join our team and grow within the automotive industry.** **Don’t miss this opportunity!** **REQUIREMENTS:** * 20 years of age or older * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or equivalent position * Basic Microsoft Office software skills * Customer service orientation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Answer incoming phone calls. * Identify customers with appointments, direct them to their assigned Sales Advisor, and notify the Sales Manager. * Register and monitor test drives and showroom foot traffic in the KPI portal. * Register customers in the SICOP system. * Accurately complete the Desk Sheet with full customer information. * Maintain the sales showroom clean and organized. * Receive consumable materials. * Track demo units. * Safeguard keys for demo vehicles and the showroom. * Register customers present in the showroom using the Quest application. * Take photographs during vehicle deliveries. * Send delivery photographs to customers. * Administer customer satisfaction surveys upon delivery of new vehicles. * Submit customer reports to the Sales Manager. * Keep the appointment list updated on the BDC screen. * Perform other related duties as deemed necessary by the company for the development of this position. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Comfortable and stable work environment. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday – Full shift * Saturday – Half shift
