Opportunity to grow within the maquiladora industry and international trade Job Description and Responsibilities **Opportunity for Students!** We are looking for students interested in completing their professional internships at a leading company in the development of the ANEXO 24 inventory control system and customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to and follow up on customer emails, messages, and phone calls. * Prepare quotations, schedule services, and manage requests. * Address complaints or incidents by providing timely and effective solutions. * Maintain consistent communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
