###### **Position Description** **Who are we looking for?** A UX Designer passionate about creating intuitive and functional digital experiences for corporate systems. We are seeking someone who deeply understands users and transforms complex needs into simple and effective interfaces. **Key Responsibilities** * Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for internal systems and corporate applications. * Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. * Apply *Design Thinking* principles to solve complex experience challenges. * Knowledge and application of Android and iOS design guidelines (desirable) to ensure consistency across mobile platforms. * Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure effective implementation of designs. * Participate in user research and usability testing to continuously improve the experience. * Iconography creation. * Development of design systems and UI Kits. ###### **Requirements** **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design, preferably in system environments. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. * Knowledge of Android and iOS design guidelines (desirable). * Experience applying *Design Thinking* in real projects. * Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously on complex design projects. * Residence in Monterrey, NL. ###### **Benefits** Permanent employment Statutory and additional benefits Life insurance Grocery vouchers Salary based on skills and experience (up to $25,000 net)
