In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that time, budget, and quality objectives are met. Your leadership and management skills will be critical to the success of our projects. As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Implementation of Oracle Netsuite modules. * Requirements alignment. * Documentation of processes, policies, and procedures, as well as implementation and training for the modules. * ERP implementation. * Change management within the organization. * Information analysis to identify operational errors. * Implementation of all system modules, including financial and production modules. * Interaction and negotiations with distribution centers and suppliers. * Implementation of administrative software and systems. Requirements: Prior experience in project management and Oracle Netsuite implementation is required, along with solid knowledge of both agile and traditional methodologies. You must demonstrate proven leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude.
