Job Summary: Ensure adherence to time, quality, and cost standards for finishes by applying the Axioma project management methodology, efficiently managing technological tools, and cultivating client relationships. Development of strong client relationships and value propositions Purpose Ensure adherence to time, quality, and cost standards for finishes by following the Axioma project management methodology. Responsibilities Efficiently manage available technological tools: Procore, Primera Base, Teams, SharePoint, Lapzo, Project Document client processes and decisions via emails, letters, and meeting minutes signed by the client. Deliver information for weekly status integration and monthly reporting, including contractor progress indicators, photographic reports, construction progress vs. schedule reports, and strategies for resolving issues encountered Review, generate value-added information, and actively collaborate with the Project Manager in launching tenders within their specialty, reviewing submissions, conducting comparative analyses, and researching participating companies Attend client meetings punctually and respect assigned meeting schedules Identify and leverage client needs to offer additional services Establish long-term relationships with clients through understanding their business Maintain a close and cordial relationship with the client and/or sponsor Identify and contribute value-added elements for the client Prepare high-quality progress reports for the client (weekly and monthly status reports) Record, document, and follow up on client agreements and requests raised during meetings Achieve and document measurable value engineering outcomes Develop value propositions that optimize and/or reduce project costs. Flag yellow, orange, and red alerts regarding handled information, such as: missing information needed for schedule integration, errors in reviews, insufficient supplier capacity identified during company or site visits, or shortages of materials on-site. Apply daily the Axioma project management methodology, its templates, and associated actions Hold contractors accountable for results and produce efficient reports for each Provide visual materials to the client during material and quality approval processes Consider and implement workshops with finish manufacturers for staff training Periodically standardize quality expectations jointly with the client to ensure alignment with agreed-upon expectations Ensure construction quality complies with standards defined in the Project Plan, specifications, and technical data sheets Compliance with Axiowellness (3 hours of exercise per week, at least one nutritionist appointment and one psychologist appointment during the first semester of the year): 1\= not compliant, 3\= 100% compliant Soft Skills Continuous learning Ambiguity management Accountability Building effective teams Client focus Fostering innovation Building trust Driving collaboration Emotional intelligence Requirements **Values:** Assertive communication Teamwork Ambiguity management Negotiation **Academic level:** Bachelor's degree **Willingness to travel:** Yes **Relocation required:** Yes **English proficiency:** Yes **Other requirements:** Master’s degree in Management or Project Management, PMP certification or related (preferred) Benefits Per diem
