Handling and follow-up of operational incidents and customer service issues Operations Supervisor Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León Work Mode: On-site Salary: To be discussed during interview Preference for candidates residing near the area Job Objective: Supervise and coordinate the technical team's operational activities, ensuring adherence to work routes, efficient customer service, and increased productivity and sales in the area. Main Responsibilities: * Supervision and coordination of technicians and supervisors. * Planning and control of service routes. * Receiving and tracking daily reports from each technician. * Validation and recording of evidence of completed services. * Confirmation and updating of customer schedules, making adjustments as required by service needs. * Assignment of service tasks to technical staff (typically with prior scheduling). * Handling and follow-up of operational incidents and customer service issues, providing prompt and effective solutions. * Monitoring and tracking of operational communications via WhatsApp. * Coordination of internal and external service mapping. Reports To: Operations Manager Desired Experience and Knowledge: * Experience managing and supervising personnel. * Experience in logistics, operations, or service coordination. * Strong communication and operational follow-up skills. * Proficiency with computer equipment. * Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
