Job Summary: Administer and maintain the plaza's technology infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity, operational continuity of hardware and software, and delivering technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration and maintenance of critical technology infrastructure. 2. Ensuring cybersecurity and operational continuity. 3. Providing technical support and staff training. * Administer and maintain computing equipment, servers, cameras, telephony systems, and parking equipment at the plaza in good working condition. * Manage the plaza's network and technology infrastructure. * Advise and train staff on the use of computing equipment. * Maintain a high level of cybersecurity. * Ensure uninterrupted operation of hardware, software, and services at maximum performance to facilitate their use across all plaza areas. * Information organization, control, and automation. * Design, implementation, and maintenance of all components constituting the plaza's information technology infrastructure. * Manage printing systems. * Support all departments with advice and procurement procedures for computing and electronic equipment. * Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, network, email, etc.). * Escalate critical issues to the Systems Manager or vendors.
