Your role will be critical to the success of our daily operations. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate the team's operational activities. * Supervise **15 to 20 units**, ensuring compliance with our high delivery standards (minimum 98% effectiveness). * Analyze logistical processes to improve efficiency. * Monitor adherence to deadlines and established objectives. * Coordinate **route recovery** (ambulances). * Address incidents involving drivers and customers. **Benefits:** * We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development opportunities are available. * Salary: $14,000 * Statutory benefits from day one **Requirements:** * **1 year of experience** in a similar position (operational supervision, logistics, or last-mile delivery). * **Education:** Completed high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred, but not required). * Proficiency in **Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook**. * Knowledge of logistics systems and inventory management systems. ### **Morning Shift:** * Monday through Sunday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with **one rotating weekday off**.
