





Join OTIF as a Senior Business Developer focused on the Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances industry, and be part of the technological transformation of global logistics. You will be responsible for driving OTIF’s commercial growth in Mexico by developing strategic relationships with S&P 500 companies, closing high-impact opportunities, and positioning our AI-powered logistics solutions. Your responsibilities: * Maximize sales through effective commercial strategies and opportunity closure. * Drive growth of key accounts with logistics and technology solutions. * Prospect and evaluate new business opportunities within the logistics sector. * Lead the full B2B sales cycle with S&P 500 companies through contract closure. * Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at S&P 500 companies. * Analyze market trends and competition to develop differentiated strategies. * Generate executive reports with KPIs and forecasts using CRM. * Represent OTIF at events and forums to promote the brand. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Business, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or corporate sales within logistics/transportation (mandatory). * In-depth knowledge of the Mexican logistics market and freight/transportation (mandatory). * Proven experience in B2B sales, full sales cycle, and negotiation with S&P 500 clients. * Extensive experience managing and developing commercial relationships with clients in the Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances sector. * Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and commercial analytics tools. * Outstanding negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
