Technical Support at MacStore Galerias Monterrey Nuevo Sur Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Deliver personalized customer service. Follow up on completed services. Recommend additional services and promotions. Meet performance metrics and indicators. We Offer: Gross monthly salary: $11,000.00 (salary increases and service commissions). Monthly food vouchers: $350 Punctuality bonus: $900 Face-to-Face Life Bonus: $2,500 Statutory and above-statutory benefits: 100% IMSS contributions.
