




**Human Resources Manager / Administrative Assistant** A growing, well-established gym chain is seeking a Hybrid Human Resources Associate / Administrative Assistant: **Main Responsibilities:** **HUMAN RESOURCES** \- Recruitment, selection, and hiring of staff. \- IMSS and SUA registrations. \- Payroll processing. Calculation of commissions and bonuses. \- Mediation and/or resolution of employee conflicts. Implementation of measures to improve workplace climate. \- Employee terminations. Preparation of termination documentation. Severance calculation. \- Coordination of employee attendance at training and continuous improvement courses. \- Recording of employee vacations, delays, absences, and incidents. Monitoring of arrival and departure times in the system. **ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT** Support the company's General Management with various administrative tasks, such as: \- Requests for additional credit cards for employees. \- Purchase requests or quotations as indicated by General Management. \- Requests for phones or computer equipment for new hires. \- Requests for employee uniforms. And other related duties. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including a half-hour lunch break. Saturdays and Sundays off. **BENEFITS** Monthly salary of $20,000 net.
