




Job Summary: This role is responsible for executing the vision of innovative products, managing an agile team, and working within agile frameworks such as Scrum, Lean Startup, and DevOps. Your talent can inspire an entire community—we are seeking: **Objective:** To realize the execution of innovative product visions designed by the team’s Product Owner—visions aligned with one of the University’s strategic priorities—through agile team management and adherence to agile working frameworks such as Scrum, Lean Startup, DevOps, among others. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Create and manage the “how” necessary to resolve students’ pain points, considering operational requirements and functionalities specified by the Product Owner. 2. Maintain continuous, open dialogue to refine operational and design details with the PO, the rest of the team, and end users. 3. Implement criteria ensuring product profitability for the organization and make adjustments requested by the PO to sustain it. 4. Prioritize and articulate the generated backlog to ensure fulfillment of functionality requirements and estimated timelines for incremental deliveries. 5. Maintain constant communication and self-management with the agile team and its Scrum Master to support team progress and focus on outcomes. 6. Establish OKRs to measure product success and ensure their achievement. 7. Document evidence of activity progress and share it visibly with the team. **Essential Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related fields. Previous experience in agility projects. Familiarity with traditional agile frameworks; certified as Scrum Master (SM) and Product Owner (PO). **We Offer:** Statutory benefits, meal card, and Life Insurance.
