




Mexican company dedicated to transportation logistics, storage, and product distribution is seeking: **Administrative Assistant.** Work location: Torre Santa María (near Puente Atirantado). **Requirements**: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position. * Minimum education: Completed Bachelor's degree. * Organized and proactive individual. **Job responsibilities**: * Invoicing. * Collections. * Management of accounts payable and receivable. * Administration of company offices. * Collection of delivery evidence for logistics. * General administration. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with 1 hour for lunch. * Availability to work on Saturdays (home office) if workload requires. **We offer**: Monthly base salary: $14,000 to $18,000 gross (negotiable according to experience, paid biweekly).
