Your mission will be to propose and design maritime engineering projects for the construction of requested requirements, according to each client's needs, evaluating risks and proposing effective solutions, ensuring compliance with project progress within established timelines. **Responsibilities:** * Propose construction designs according to client requirements, as well as assess risks and propose solutions. * Ensure design deliverables meet quality standards and align with the proposed schedule. * Generate information for budget preparation. * Develop work schedules and ensure timely execution. * Communicate design objectives, issues, and solutions to clients, contractors, and stakeholders. * Conduct research and development for new projects. * Monitor project progress. * Review project feasibility according to national and international regulations. * Perform technical review of projects. * Liaise with clients and manage specialist dispatches. ### **Requirements** * Availability to work domestically and internationally * Must have valid visa and passport **ESSENTIAL** * Advanced conversational English **ESSENTIAL** * Experience in management and design of maritime and port projects * Knowledge and familiarity with national and international maritime engineering regulations * Experience using specialized software (AutoCAD, CivilCAD, Advanced Excel) * Knowledge of structural calculations and system simulation
