Responsibility for tool and spare parts inventory **Job Description:** Job Description: Maintenance Technician – Juriquilla Zone Olimpus Natación is an organization with over 31 years of experience saving and transforming lives through water-based experiences that begin with teaching swimming, always striving to improve life opportunities for our students, families, staff, and partners. **Objective:** Perform area-specific activities in accordance with established procedures; attend to branch needs to preserve and maintain facilities, furnishings, and equipment in optimal operating and functional condition. **Job Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** Technician or Engineer in Industrial Maintenance, Air Conditioning, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. · Minimum 5 years’ experience in general maintenance. · Computer proficiency. **Technical Knowledge:** Electricity, boiler operation, pressure equipment, high-pressure cooking equipment, medium- and low-voltage systems, pneumatics, positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, energy isolation, and operational maneuvers. **Responsibilities:** · Learn, understand, and apply maintenance product and equipment handling procedures. · Monitor maintenance routines, tool usage, and equipment operation. · Perform work in compliance with safety standards and procedures. · **Corrective and preventive maintenance.** · **Interaction with suppliers.** · **Inspection of facilities to ensure optimal performance.** · **Incident response.** · **Air conditioning maintenance execution.** · **Electrical work.** · **Sanitary and general facility installations.** · Perform repairs for any potential failures that may arise. · Manage third-party access to technical areas (contractors, suppliers). · Maintain clear communication with production departments regarding completed work and pending tasks. · Assist the maintenance coordinator in supervising new projects. · Spare parts inventory control. · Track and document all maintenance activities performed in the department. · Tool inventory responsibility. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. · Support installation and calibration of instrumentation required for proper machinery operation. · Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on mechanical equipment. · Collaborate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery. · Comply with safety and quality standards for equipment maintenance.
