**DESCRIPTION** * Physically executing material counts in warehouses, production lines, and vehicles both inside and outside the client's facilities, during assigned shifts and days. * Obtain and safeguard database extracts from relevant systems containing updated stock data, as well as accounting-level lists of inventories and prices for each of the client's business units. * Run the corresponding program in Access for each plant. * Perform physical verification of inventory in warehouses to carry out the physical count of materials. * Reconcile counted stock with system stock. * Issue reports comparing completed inventories versus targets achieved. * Generate control over discrepancies and clarifications. * Clarify or accept discrepancies resulting from this comparison. * Generate a report detailing the results, including counted materials, serial numbers, locations, and identified and applied differences. * Verify vehicle inventory in yards (yards may be located within the client's premises or external, for example, San José Chiapa, Huejotzingo). * Travel to yards to conduct physical verification of each vehicle together with the yard provider, identifying each vehicle by its chassis number and marking it on their list. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Engineering or related fields in logistics and production. * Desired knowledge in logistical inventories. * Proficiency in Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel). * Proactive individual with attention to detail and high sense of responsibility. * English level A2. **MAKING** **IMPOSSIBLE** **THINGS POSSIBLE** **WITH YOU** JazzHr Privacy Policy https://www.jazzhr.com/privacy\-policy/ Okp0znqrb9
