A responsible, organized individual with experience in the operational and administrative control of a mechanical/industrial workshop. The objective of the position is to **ensure the efficient flow of work, materials and documentation**, guaranteeing quality and compliance with internal processes. **Responsibilities:** * Register, coordinate and follow up on work orders with mechanical technicians. * Control vehicle entries and exits. * Support Workshop Supervisor in maintenance planning and service scheduling. * Prepare daily progress and productivity reports. * Maintain constant communication with the workshop supervisor, Service Management and administrative department. * Verify compliance with time, quality and safety standards in processes. * Manage inventory of materials and supplies. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in workshop control or similar position. * Knowledge of mechanics, inventory control and administrative reporting. * Proficient in Excel. * Ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented, with customer service orientation. **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ attractive commission scheme. * Ongoing training and certification. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Excellent working environment. * Growth opportunities within the company and Plasencia Group. **Location:** Insurgentes \#520 pte.
