We are seeking a Construction Supervisor with leadership and experience managing simultaneous projects to join our team in Nayarit. **Main responsibilities** * Supervise the proper execution of construction, maintenance, or rehabilitation projects. * Coordinate work progress, operational staff, and contractors on site. * Manage resources, materials, and tools at the location. * Prepare technical and administrative progress reports. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and scheduled timelines. **Essential requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, with professional title and license. * Minimum of 4 years of experience supervising maintenance projects. * Proven experience in simultaneously supervising at least 2 construction sites. * Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles, with a valid driver's license.
