




Due to expansion, we are seeking new **Restaurant Managers**, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience performing the following functions: 1\. KPI Compliance: Achieving business profitability results focused on sales, food and beverage costs, turnover, and guest satisfaction. 2\. Sales Focus: Implementation of strategies to achieve monthly budgets, daily sales tracking, sales staff performance, and guest satisfaction. 3\. Daily Operations: Supervision of all restaurant areas, guest service, food preparation, cleaning, and branch maintenance. 4\. Cost Control and Administration: Inventory management, supervision and control of food and beverage costs, purchasing, expenses, and shrinkage. 5\. Ensuring Quality Standards: Guaranteeing compliance with quality and food safety standards at all times. 1\. Personnel Management: Candidate screening interviews, hiring, training, scheduling, staff performance evaluation, and turnover control. 6\. Leadership and Motivation: Inspiring the team, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting internal development. 7\. Conflict Resolution: Identifying and resolving operational issues, as well as those involving staff or customer complaints. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree. * Employment stability * Customer service, organization, planning, management of teams exceeding 50 people Position type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Cafeteria service Work location: On-site employment
