Join our team as Cook II at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Sous Chef. You will be responsible for elevating the Susurros del Corazón brand through the lens of culinary experiences. Performing your duties will ensure the highest service standards are met and that guest experiences exceed expectations. * Knowledge of various cooking styles, timing, temperatures, kitchen equipment handling, and cooking terminology. * Consistent excellence in product preparation and setup of a kitchen station. * Help guide towards success. * Organization of stations, cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety. * The Cook II is responsible for preparing all mise\-en\-place for a station and service shift.
