Collection Manager position in Tepic Area Job Objective As a field collection manager, you are responsible for validating the credit application data of customers requesting credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers within their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit to validate the information provided in their applications. Understand customers’ needs in order to provide them with the best possible solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. Provide service to our customers with respect and courtesy.
