





Job Description: Expansion Coordinator – **Guadalajara Area (Must reside in Guadalajara)** Main Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in site selection, property prospecting and commercial real estate negotiation. In-depth knowledge of the Guadalajara metropolitan area and nearby municipalities. Ability to conduct market analysis, feasibility studies and profitability projections. Experience handling lease agreements, negotiating with property owners and working with real estate agencies. Availability to travel and perform field visits. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and skills in preparing executive reports. Valid driver's license. Experience in the retail industry.
