




Job Opening: Data Entry Clerk Main Responsibilities: Entering and updating candidate and employee information. Recording data in systems, databases, and/or spreadsheets. Supporting the administration and control of personnel files. Entering information derived from recruitment and selection processes. Verifying data and reviewing information to prevent errors. Providing general administrative support to the Human Resources department. Preparing basic reports. Organizing and archiving physical and digital documents. Tracking internal requests related to personnel information. Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree. Minimum 6 months of experience as a data entry clerk or in administrative roles (preferred). Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
