**We are looking for: Branch Manager with sales experience.** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree / Chemical, Industrial Engineering, LAE or related field (with diploma). * 5 years of experience leading business units (branch, plant, CEDIS). * Experience in B2B industrial sales within the chemical sector (solvents and lubricants) or in the hardware/construction sector with high-volume sales. * Management of operational and sales staff (+10 people). * Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems for information management and traceability. * Control of operational and commercial KPIs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Client visits, personalized attention to key accounts, and follow-up on service, supply, negotiations, and complaints. * Sales team management to ensure achievement of monthly sales versus assigned budget through indicator monitoring. * Development of sales strategies to grow business within existing customer portfolio. * Operation management: warehouse, logistics, inventory, shrinkage. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations and manage client or institutional visits or audits (STPS, PROFEPA, COFEPRIS). * Weekly and monthly meetings with regional management. **Offer:** * Monthly gross salary from $55,000.00 to $60,000.00. * Standard and additional benefits. * Company vehicle + work tools. * Location: Tampico, Tamaulipas. * Monday to Friday / Saturdays on-call duty. * Work mode: 100% on-site.
