




Job Summary: Repair assigned units by diagnosing faults, preparing estimates, ordering parts, and performing services and tests to ensure optimal operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical failures 2. Preparation of estimates and parts management 3. Performance of major and minor services and operational testing Perform repair work on assigned units promptly, adhering to technical specifications outlined in manuals and guidelines. EDUCATION: Technical degree AGE: 25 years and older EXPERIENCE: 1 verifiable year as an Electrical-Mechanical Technician, including mechanics and measurement. ***!!!!! MUST RESIDE NEAR THE RIVIERA VERACRUZANA ¡¡¡¡¡¡*** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Diagnose and determine the fault of the received unit. * Jointly assess with the Warranty Manager whether the fault to be repaired falls within the vehicle’s warranty coverage, based on the vehicle’s warranty conditions. * Prepare estimates for additional repairs required for the unit and notify the customer. * Notify the Workshop Supervisor or Control Tower Supervisor when customer authorization is required for any repair or use of additional parts. * Request parts and accessories from the Parts Counter. * Record additional repairs and parts applied to the unit on the service order. * Perform Major or Minor Service according to the unit’s fault. * Conduct necessary tests inside the workshop and/or on the road to verify unit functionality. * Notify the Workshop Supervisor that the unit has been repaired for inspection. * Install accessories (antennas, air conditioning, security systems) and replace parts on assigned units. * Supervise daily cleaning of equipment, machinery, and tools, as well as cleanliness and order in the assigned area.
